Sod, rock, pavers and plantings, built from the ground up
Sod installation, rock and mulch, paver patios, tree and shrub planting, landscape design and vinyl fencing, from the crew that already mows and treats lawns across the Upper Yakima Valley.
Chapter 01
Where a yard usually falls apart
Most landscaping jobs start the same way. A side yard that never grew anything but dirt and weeds. A bed where the rock has sunk into the soil and the edging has wandered off line. A path worn into the grass because nobody ever laid one.
Those problems are rarely about the plants. They're about what's under and around them: the grade, the base, the edges, and where the water goes. A bed that looks fine in May can fail by August if no one thought about where the sprinkler spray lands or where the rain runs.
So we read the ground first. Materials come after.

How we work through each element
Landscape design comes first, and we keep it plain. What do you want the space to do? Where do people walk? Where does the afternoon sun land? Themed, native or sustainable plantings are all on the table. Sod installation is the fastest route to a finished lawn: the rolls go down seam to seam and tight to every edge, on ground that's been graded first.
Rock and mulch installation is about depth and edges. Rock where you want something rugged. Mulch where plants need their soil protected. Paver patios and walks are built from the base up, because the base is the job and the pavers are what you see. Curves, borders and gravel strips are all part of the same craft.
Tree and shrub planting means matching the plant to the spot, whether that spot needs shade, privacy or a break from the wind, then setting it in a fresh bed. Vinyl fencing is low maintenance and gives the property a clean boundary. Water features can be part of a design too, though they're a small piece of what we build.
Chapter 03
What to expect from the first visit
It starts with a free, no-commitment estimate. We look at the space, listen to what you want, and explain the timeline before anything begins. You get a quote and clear communication from there.
We also mow, fertilize and aerate lawns across Yakima, Union Gap, Selah, West Valley, Terrace Heights and Fruitvale. That means new sod and fresh beds can move straight onto a maintenance schedule once the work is done. Ask about it when we talk.
